Project Description:
Office upfit of an existing one story office building
adjacent to the City of High Point central
business district. The building contains 2,263 square feet of space renovated for use by
Wright Architecture PA for the firm's office and
design studio. Spaces include 8 design workstations, library, plotting/copy
area, reception desk, principal's office, conference room, men's
and women's toilet rooms, kitchenette and mechanical/electrical
room.
The
building is located in the heart of downtown High Point at
113 Gatewood Avenue in close proximity to Main Street/NC
Route 311, NC Route 68, Bank of
America High Point Offices, High Point Regional Hospital and
numerous medical offices, legal offices and furniture showrooms.
