Project Description:
The project involved renovation of
the existing resident advisor apartment in Spencer
Residence Hall into an enlarged resident advisor apartment with
kitchen, living and bedroom spaces. The existing one room space
was combined with adjacent spaces to create an enlarged living
space with new bedroom and bath spaces, kitchen casework, new
lighting, floor finishes and wall finishes throughout.
