Proper planning is the basis for the success of any building program or project. Planning services can consist of many different types including individual project planning, master planning of an individual project site or master planning of large sites or campuses as examples.

Wright Architecture PA considers planning to be a critical element of every design project. The basic principles of good planning are included in all of the firm's services to our clients. In addition to these basic principles, the firm also provides expanded planning services to it's clients who may require analysis of potential building sites or planning of future development of larger sites or campuses.

Sandhills Community College Master Plan

Pinehurst, North Carolina

A master plan for a 45 acre campus of Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst, North Carolina. The master plan includes discussion of the history of the campus, current demographics of the service area for the college, existing facilities analysis, future facility development for the next 5 and 10 year periods, existing parking and utilities analysis and future parking and utilities analysis for the next 5 and 10 year periods. The master plan is a comprehensive document of existing facilities and conditions as well as future projections for campus growth.

Site Development Report

Cornerstone Health Care

High Point, North Carolina

A site analysis and report analyzing a 15.28 acre site for a major medical corporation. The report included analysis of general site features, zoning issues, existing site physical features, existing utilities and transportation issues. The report included site photographs, a proposed site development plan which was submitted to the local planning authorities for preliminary review and comment, technical review committee comments, results of the Phase 1 environmental assessment and a statement of probable construction costs including site development costs building shell costs, upfit costs and potential roadway development costs.

St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church

Asheboro, North Carolina

A site analysis of the 5 acre site of an existing Roman Catholic Church. The master plan includes analysis of the existing site conditions and regulations with the intent of determining the potential development possible for the existing site. Possible future development includes a new sanctuary, faith formation classrooms, parish offices and expanded parking.

Holy Infant Roman Catholic Church

Reidsville, North Carolina

A site analysis of the 10 acre site of an existing Roman Catholic Church. The master plan includes analysis of the existing site conditions and regulations with the intent of determining the potential development possible for the existing site. Possible future development includes a new sanctuary, faith formation classrooms, parish offices, family life center and expanded parking and vehicular circulation.
